Terms and Conditions of Sale

Interpretation

In this contract “Seller” means My WED and “Buyers” means the person, business or company with whom the Seller enters into a contract for the sale of goods and/ or services.

Price, Payment Terms, Orders and Quotes

  1. Unless otherwise stated all prices are quoted exclusive of any freight, insurance, customs duty, sales tax or GST which shall be added to the amount to be paid by the buyer.
  2. Invoices are payable in the time period as noted on your invoice. My WED must receive payment for the goods prior to or upon delivery. Payment can be made via credit card, direct debit or cash on delivery. If the buyer fails to pay the full price prior to or on delivery, My WED retains the right to refuse complete delivery.
  3. Each consignment will be considered a separate and independent transaction.
  4. Where credit terms have been agreed upon by the seller and buyer, the invoice must be paid within 7 days of delivery. Where the buyer is overdue, the seller retains the right to change the Buyer to a COD.

Shipping Charges, Risk of Loss and Delivery

  1. Shipping and handling are additional expenses unless notified otherwise.
  2. Risk of loss in transit is the responsibility of the buyer as is tracking of the goods. My WED recommends insurance during shipping.
  3. If the organiser is purchased outside of Australia any customs, sales taxes and duties are the responsibility of the buyer.
  4. You must notify My WED within 7 days or receiving your goods if you believe that any part of the product is missing or damaged.
  5. Delivery dates are estimated in good faith by My WED.

Intellectual Property

  1. The Buyers shall acquire no intellectual property rights relating to the goods if the goods have been customized for the Buyer at the Buyer’s cost. Such rights are retained by My WED.

Limitation of Liability

  1. My WED is not liable to the Buyer for any form of indirect loss, damage or expense sustained or incurred by the Buyer or any other party resulting out of the supply or performance of the goods.
  2. My WED is not liable to the Buyer for any benefits given to the Buyer from a third party supplier.

Privacy

  1. Any information collected by My WED from the Buyer will only be used by the Seller as permitted by the Privacy ACT 1988.

Returns, Policies and Exchanges

  1. The Buyer must contact My WED within 7 days or receiving the goods if the Buyer believes there is a problem with the goods. Before attempting to return the goods the Buyer must contact My WED directly. You must return the goods to My WED in the original packaging. The buyer is responsible for the risk of loss, shipping and handling fees for returning or exchanging the goods. My WED is not responsible for goods that are lost or damaged during shipping.

Not for Resale or Export

  1. You as the Buyer agree that you are buying the goods for your own personal use and not for resale or export unless you have been approved by MY WED as a certified wholesaler.

My WED Benefits Card

  1. The My WED card is not transferrable.
  2. That My WED will not be involved in disputes between customers and the Business Supplier.
  3. That the benefit card may be withdrawn by My WED at any time at My WED's sole discretion.
  4. That all benefits are subject to terms and conditions which may be imposed by a participating Business Suppler. They may not be combined with other third-party benefit programs.
  5. That terms and conditions may change at any time without prior notice and My WED reserves the right to suspend or terminate the program at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on the website. You are responsible for reviewing the website to ensure compliance with these terms and conditions.
  6. That My WED takes all reasonable care to ensure that information published is accurate but does not accept any liability relating to information provided by third parties. All descriptions of benefits published are based on information supplied by participating Business Suppliers, and are subject to their discretion.
  7. That My WED are not a party to any transactions entered into between a Card Holder and a participating Business Supplier.
